Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase for any reason, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below for purchases. Products must be returned in new. BRANDS monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at in all instances. Purchases

If there is damage to the ordered product you have purchased at, then the purchase can be easily returned for a full refund (no return shipping or handling fees attached) by mail. Specifically, this applies to cases where a product was received in a damaged or defective condition. You can use our pre-paid return shipping label, following the return procedures described below. 

However, we are unable to refund your order in the instance of simply changing your mind. If you decide to return a product, you may reach out to customer service to make your case. If the return is granted, the shipping charges will be deducted from your refunded amount to your original form of payment. Please note, if “free shipping” was applied to your order, then those shipping charges will also be deducted from your refunded amount. 

Please allow for 2 weeks from the date of receipt for your return to be processed, after you have shipped your package through a mail carrier (USPS or UPS). You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.

Please note that all SALE items are final and non-refundable, non-returnable. 

◐ When you return your purchase to by mail and we receive your item within 30 days of purchase, if you paid with a credit or debit card, you will receive a full refund to your credit or debit card for the purchased price of the item. If you paid with PayPal, you will receive a full refund to your PayPal account. is unable to offer exchanges. Return Procedures

◐ Include the Return Form and Order Summary to your items.
Please also include your Order #, name, e-mail address, and phone number so that we can contact you, if necessary.

Request the Return Form from Customer Service.

◐  Package your return item in the manufacturer's product box and packaging (if available).
Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded box to prevent damage in transit.

◐  Contact  by email to get the shipping label.

◐  You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.

It takes up to 2 weeks to process returns and credit your account or to issue an online store credit. Return shipments can be tracked here and we will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
